Finishing Touches

These pictures are in the wrong order! This is the last detail. New grass will come from this green spray!

2nd to last detail! A truck load of black dirt is being put over the dirt so green grass will grow!

Laborer's rake the black dirt so it's an even layer.

Oh hello! Another superviser! This friendly neighbor lives just down the road.

This section had to be redug and I don't understand what was being done. They went to a lot of work.

I talked to the engineer (not pictured). He told me what a huge job this was and they're almost finished! I asked when the water would be turned on...oh, not til January? Okay, well, we'll start the new year out with city water.
Lord, thank you for the work that's been done. I don't know of any accidents or injuries, they could happen so easily. Help us to be patient as we wait for the water to be turned on. Thank you again for good water. So many places in the world don't have water, except for bad water. This is a true blessing.

They finished up that big job really quick! Andrew and I loved looking at all the pictures. City water will be a great start to the new year!

We're so excited to go to the Coastal Carolina Fair this afternoon! The blog should have an update this evening or tomorrow morning if we're tired.

Looks like the supervisors did a good job. I'm so glad your going to have good water.
