Jerry had a doctor appointment today. He got a good report! Everything seems to be normal, including blood pressure. The doctor doesn't want to see him until November!
I praise You, Lord, because You are our Healer. Forgive me for ever doubting You. Thank You for the good report Jerry got today. Help him to stay healthy. Help me as I prepare food that I'll do it in a healthy way. Help us both to get back in the habit of walking.

Yeah for God. He does all things well whether they are as we wish or not. Glad this is as we wish.
