A Tough Decision
We made a tough decision yesterday. Andrew is graduating this month. Wow! Are we proud! We had planned to go to see our oldest grandson graduate from university but we had to make a decision and so decided not to go! I don't understand universities that limit the number of folks who can attend. At the last minute extra tickets will be available to those students who need more. We're talking about going up to the upper peninsula and way west. We can't book a motel in hope that we'll get tickets, we can't know in advance what the weather will be. It's too far to go and then not get in for the graduation. What a dilemma! So, we made the tough decision not to go. It's a big disappointment. Lord, thank you for Andrew! He's a great person. Thank you for his accomplishments. Help him to seek Your guidence. We know You have a plan for him. I praise You because You are Love.

What a decision to be faced with....I know how you must have struggled. I would and do want to see my grandchildren graduate from all phases of school and life. No doubt you have some divine guidance in your decision but it is still hard not to want to be there...at least he will know you are with him in thought and prayer.
