Baby, it's cold outside! Five above zero F.! But, it's nice and warm and cozy in here! Jerry built this fire in the wood stove before breakfast this morning! Now, he's gone to walk at the mall! This is his second day to walk since his neuralgia problem and sitting for several weeks has not been beneficial to his overall health, or mine either! I exercise here, which I need to go and do right now! So, later....

Hi Anita...yes this blogging is great fun..and we have those wonderful children to blog with as well...yes it is cold here in Sask. Although it has moderated here somewhat ...only -19 overnite tonite but the windchill is always a factor here. My Dad is staying at the cancer lodge so I had supper with him tonite. He has a very low grade prostate cancer and is not at all sick..we worry about him being bored because he is so active at home all the time. He doesn't let any grass grow under his feet ...he is out and about and a busy guy!! I just like to go visit with him and tell him about my day so something is new every day for him. Staying in a lodge with 20 or so others is different from living on your own. Dad is friendly and knows everybody because he is so involved in the community in Weyburn. And there are people from Weyburn at the lodge, so once again the good lord looked after our needs. Take care...talk soon
